Ferlamyndir vs Share Done

Organize your process photos connected to each project as you take them

Share Done helps you capture tasks in seconds, bring them back automatically when they matter, and share them with the right people — no more lost lists, forgotten routines, or “can you resend that checklist?”. Key features - Smart recurring tasks: set a frequency (hours, days, weeks) and let the app reactivate the item right on time. - Reusable lists: save your templates (groceries, travel checklists, procedures…) and import them in one tap. - Frictionless sharing: just send a code to invite someone — no complicated sign‑ups. - Offline first + sync: tick and add without a connection; everything syncs when you’re back online. - Scheduled notifications: pick the days and time you want reminders. - Clean, fast UI: designed to stay out of your way. Share Done is simple, functional, lightweight, 100% free, and ad‑free.
