Matrack device vs GPSandFleet 2.0

Matrack device app scans for Matrack device via BLE, connects to Matrack device using BLE and displays the values. It is used for troubleshooting the Matrack device.  Matrack device is connected to trucks via J1939 cable or OBDii and reads the values in ECM including vin, ignition state, speed, odometer and engine hours. After BLE connection, app screen refreshes periodically to update values.
