Explore by goal, see what other Sollos listeners are enjoying, and discover new music for the state of mind you want. MUSIC, RE-ENGINEERED FOR WELLBEING Our cognitive scientists and music experts select and create instrumental music using research into how features such as tempo, harmony, texture and acoustic properties influence attention, relaxation and sleep. We then blend auditory beats into the music to support different listening goals. BACKED BY RESEARCH Sollos is informed by decades of scientific research and our own in-house cognitive science programme. In a published, peer-reviewed study of 308 participants, 30 minutes of Sollos music blended with monaural beats significantly reduced anxiety and improved mood compared with a control group. Our 2025 Listening Impact Study also found: • 91.5% of users reported improved focus after at least 20 mins of listening • 91.9% of users felt more chilled after a single Relax session • Poor sleepers who listened regularly for four weeks reported around an extra hour of sleep per night FOCUS Get into the zone for work, study or anything that needs your full attention. Our Focus music uses gamma auditory beats, which research has linked to improvements in cognitive performance, working memory and creative thinking, alongside carefully selected sonic textures and tempos. “When I start listening to the music I start focusing almost immediately, it's like a wake-up call, and then my mind settles gently into the task.” – a Sollos listener RELAX Switch off, decompress and make space for yourself. Our Relax music uses theta auditory beats for reduced anxiety and improved mood, alongside nature soundscapes designed for calmer listening. “Sollos has been a secret weapon…ready to cure my stress and calm me down” – a Sollos listener SLEEP Wind down at bedtime, drift off or soundtrack a restorative nap. Our Sleep mixes use delta auditory beats and pink noise, which research has linked with better sleep quality and longer, deeper sleep. Some mixes are designed to move gradually from recognisable instrumental music towards near-silence as you wind down. “Sollos became an essential part of my nightly routine” – a Sollos listener MUSIC FOR EVERY KIND OF LISTENER The Sollos catalogue crosses pop, electronic, R&B, hip hop, classical, ambient and more, giving you more ways to find instrumental music that fits both your taste and what you need in the moment. “I'd gone from not sleeping properly, not being able to focus or concentrate, and within 5 minutes of listening to the music it changed everything for me” – Megan, a Sollos listener Discover your soundtrack to a better state of mind. About

ReMind Voice

Features

ReMind helps you build a simple, daily reflective practice using your voice. Each day, speak for a few moments about what’s been happening in your life, what stood out, what felt significant, or what feels unresolved. There is no format or performance, just your authentic words. Later, ReMind returns a calm audio response shaped by your own reflection and a chosen focus, offering a moment of structure, insight, and continuity without advice, conversation, or judgment. Designed to support emotional awareness and continuity of care, ReMind fits easily into daily life. Whether you’re working with a clinician, coach, or reflecting on your own, this gentle voice practice offers space to notice what’s really going on. How it works • Choose a focus for support A theme or intention that guides your reflections. Sometimes this is already set for you if you’re working with a guide. • Check in by voice each day Just a short spoken moment about how the day unfolded. • Receive a calm audio response Your own words reflected back through your chosen focus. Privacy by design Your voice recordings are transcribed on device, and only text is sent securely for processing. Audio recordings are never uploaded, and reflection text is not stored after a response is generated. This allows the practice to remain private, bounded, and safe, supporting reflection without creating a record you didn’t intend to keep. ReMind is intentionally asynchronous. It is designed to complement human care and personal reflection, not replace it. Not for crisis care ReMind is not designed for crisis support or emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feel that you may be in danger, please seek immediate help from local emergency services or a trusted mental health professional. ReMind is intended as a reflective, supportive practice and does not replace professional care, diagnosis, or emergency services. A daily pause to reflect, listen, and stay on course.
