About

ReMind helps you build a simple, daily reflective practice using your voice. Each day, speak for a few moments about what’s been happening in your life, what stood out, what felt significant, or what feels unresolved. There is no format or performance, just your authentic words. Later, ReMind returns a calm audio response shaped by your own reflection and a chosen focus, offering a moment of structure, insight, and continuity without advice, conversation, or judgment. Designed to support emotional awareness and continuity of care, ReMind fits easily into daily life. Whether you’re working with a clinician, coach, or reflecting on your own, this gentle voice practice offers space to notice what’s really going on. How it works • Choose a focus for support A theme or intention that guides your reflections. Sometimes this is already set for you if you’re working with a guide. • Check in by voice each day Just a short spoken moment about how the day unfolded. • Receive a calm audio response Your own words reflected back through your chosen focus. Privacy by design Your voice recordings are transcribed on device, and only text is sent securely for processing. Audio recordings are never uploaded, and reflection text is not stored after a response is generated. This allows the practice to remain private, bounded, and safe, supporting reflection without creating a record you didn’t intend to keep. ReMind is intentionally asynchronous. It is designed to complement human care and personal reflection, not replace it. Not for crisis care ReMind is not designed for crisis support or emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feel that you may be in danger, please seek immediate help from local emergency services or a trusted mental health professional. ReMind is intended as a reflective, supportive practice and does not replace professional care, diagnosis, or emergency services. A daily pause to reflect, listen, and stay on course.
