About

ISPBox Field

Features

ISPBox Field is the mobile companion for internet service provider staff who run their operations on ISPBox. Everything a technician needs on site, in one app. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See today's scheduled visits with the customer's address, phone and job notes. Navigate with one tap, call the customer, mark the visit done or postpone it without calling the office. NOTIFICATIONS One inbox for everything the panel tells you: tickets assigned to you, customer replies, new devices on the network, online orders. Choose per kind what reaches you in the app, by push and by email. A tap opens the ticket, customer or device. CUSTOMERS AND SERVICES Look up any customer in seconds. See why a connection is down before you climb the ladder: manual blocks, unpaid invoices, seasonal suspensions and fair-use throttling are diagnosed for you. Check PPPoE credentials, the live online state and a traffic chart for today, 7 days, 30 days or by month. Update network provisioning (router, IP, MAC) right from the site and let ISPBox push it to RADIUS and the router. PLANS, PREPAID AND BILLING Change a customer's plan on the spot and see what the customer pays or gets back before you confirm, or schedule the change for the next renewal. Activate or renew prepaid services, add free days, record payments, share an invoice's pay link and block or unblock an account with a reason. INSTALLATIONS Attach the customer's router to their service in one tap from the devices your routers discovered, with an IP picked for you. Find the nearest sectors with a terrain line of sight check, and aim the antenna with a compass or camera view. TICKETS THAT GET DONE Work through support tickets with statuses, priorities and checklists. Reassign work, add photos from the camera, and keep customer visible replies separate from internal notes. NETWORK AWARENESS Watch active outages with affected customer counts, check routers and live sessions, browse the network map, and follow latency and packet loss per monitored device (workspaces with network monitoring). PAPERWORK AND STOCK Photograph signed contracts and installation protocols and attach them to the customer's file. Scan equipment barcodes, take units into your van stock and assign them to an installation. Sales reps capture door-to-door leads with their position. ISPBox Field signs in with your ISPBox staff account. Access follows the permissions your administrator set in the ISPBox panel. Requires an ISPBox workspace (ispbox.net).
