Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Angry Chickz ® at 5.0 against UCSC Menu's 4.2. Angry Chickz ® also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). UCSC Menu's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Angry Chickz ® holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UCSC Menu has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
