We are here to support your well-being with Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Holistic Integrative Health Coaching. Regineration is for all women irrespective of their ages and level of fitness. We have a holistic approach to supporting women’s health and wellbeing. We offer all women unique ways to traverse the hormonal, physiological and emotional changes they inevitably go through transitioning their life cycles and monthly cycles. With Birthlight practices we offer support during pregnancy, birth, postnatal and postpartum period. And with Well-Woman Yoga / Yoga Therapy we support women throughout all of their cycles of life. Whether it’s to help manage the fluctuation of hormones during the days of menstruation, post-natal recovery, or peri-menopause/ menopause/ post-menopause stages of life. With Integrative Health Coaching we look holistically at all aspects of life together with nutrition to create the right balance for you.
