Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PointSolutions at 4.4 against RUSM SAFE's 2.6. PointSolutions also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 32 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 10). RUSM SAFE's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
