The clearest difference is review sentiment: Goods Ready at 62% against iDoctor's 22%. Goods Ready also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 105 months). iDoctor's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

iDoctor holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goods Ready has 34K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of iDoctor's written reviews are positive against 62% of Goods Ready's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

iDoctor ships an update every 105 months, Goods Ready every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
