The Prevention TaskForce (formerly ePSS) is an application designed and developed by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the Nation's lead Federal agency for research on health care quality, costs, outcomes and patient safety. It was developed by AHRQ to support the independent U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF). The USPSTF is an independent, volunteer panel of national experts in prevention and evidence-based medicine. AHRQ provides support to the USPSTF. The Prevention TaskForce application was developed to assist primary care clinicians identify the screening, counseling, and preventive medication services that are appropriate for their patients. The Prevention TaskForce information is based on the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) and can be searched by specific patient characteristics, such as age, sex, and selected behavioral risk factors. When using this tool please read the specific recommendation to determine if the preventive service is appropriate for your patient. This tool is not meant to replace clinical judgment and individualized patient care. *Application downloads and data updates require internet connectivity

PainTrakr is a simple way to track and help take control of your pain. Track any type of pain from headaches to back pain to arthritis pain. Pain data is displayed in an easy to understand graph that helps you visualize how your pain levels are improving or worsening over time. Enter your pain level from zero to ten, zero being no pain and ten being the worst pain you can imagine. Add optional diary notes to keep track of what you did to try and reduce your pain and if it was successful or not. Help identify pain triggers and the most effective treatment options you have used. Set up reminders to help you track your pain throughout the day. Export your pain data to share with your health care provider. Features: • Quickly and easily enter your pain level from zero to ten • Add optional diary notes describing your pain and any treatment options you have made • View raw pain data and all the diary notes you have made • View the resulting pain levels in graphical form • Moving average overlay to get a better feel for whether your pain is receding over time • Interactively zoom the graph to hone in on any pain incidents • Click on graph points to see a summary of the pain data and diary notes • Set up periodic reminders to help you monitor your pain • Export your pain data in csv format to share with your health care provider
