About

VoiceScribe

Features

VoiceScribe turns conversations into clean, searchable text — and pulls out the summary, the highlights, and the to-dos — entirely on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. There are no servers. It works in airplane mode. Built for people who record sensitive things — lawyers, journalists, clinicians, founders — and don't want that audio on someone else's cloud. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • 100% on-device: capture, transcription, and AI analysis all run on your iPhone via the Apple Neural Engine. • Works fully offline — record and transcribe in airplane mode. • Data Not Collected. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no account to create. • Before each recording, you confirm everyone consents — a private, on-device record. RECORD & TRANSCRIBE • Live transcription with a real-time waveform as you speak. • Automatic paragraph formatting and punctuation. • Pause and resume; the screen stays awake while recording. • Copy the transcript as plain text, or read the whole thing in one tap. YOUR SECURE VAULT • Every recording saved locally with its transcript, duration, size, and date. • Search across everything you've ever said. • On-device tagging of the people, places, and organizations mentioned. • Play back any recording with a built-in player. ON-DEVICE AI INSIGHTS (Scribe Pass) • Smart Summary — the gist in a couple of sentences. • Key Highlights — the decisions and takeaways. • Action Items become an interactive Task Matrix: check them off, set due dates with local reminders, send to Apple Reminders, or share as Markdown. • Export insights and transcripts as Markdown or plain text. FREE • Recording up to 2 minutes per session, on-device transcription, plain-text copy, and the searchable vault. SCRIBE PASS • Unlimited continuous recording, the on-device AI Insights and Task Matrix, translation, and Markdown/text export. OPTIONAL iCLOUD SYNC • Off by default. Turn it on to sync your library across your own devices through your own private iCloud — never our servers (there are none). Note: on-device AI Insights require a device that supports Apple Intelligence. Recording, transcription, and the vault work on any supported iPhone.
