Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Mocha iSys at none against Network Utility's 1. Mocha iSys also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). Network Utility's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 25 months) and ratings volume (626 vs 4). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Network Utility sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Mocha iSys asks for nothing beyond the download.
Mocha iSys holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Network Utility has 626 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Mocha iSys's written reviews are positive against 81% of Network Utility's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Mocha iSys ships an update every 25 months, Network Utility every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
