Everyone asks how tired you feel. Wane measures it. One screen. One column of light. It shows how much you have left today, and how much you are on course to have in two weeks. HOW IT READS YOU Wane takes heart rate variability, sleep, resting heart rate and recovery from Apple Health or your Oura Ring, and compares them to your own baseline — not to anyone else's. The column fills or drains accordingly. Underneath it, one sentence tells you which of the four is doing the damage, and a single line shows the last 30 days. WANE CHECK Short interactive tasks, under a minute each. Tap when the light appears. Tap every digit except 3. Find the two matching tiles. Hold what lit up. Follow the hand, or oppose it. They are quick and they are not the same one twice — five rotate. They read something your wearable cannot: how sharp you actually are right now. Two a day is the habit worth building, and the column moves while you watch. If you have no wearable at all, these still work. Your phone is enough. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No feeds, no streaks to protect, no coach nagging you. No questionnaires. Nothing to configure. Wane is one screen because a number about your own exhaustion should take two seconds to read. WANE PREMIUM Free, with no limit and no trial clock: the column, the trend, the 14-day outlook, the daily reason, Wane Check, your history, and the card you can share. Premium changes one thing. The sentence under your column stops being the rule that fits everyone and becomes a read of your own numbers — your HRV, your sleep, your resting heart rate, your recovery, taken together and rewritten every day. That is the whole of it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is encrypted and never sold. Delete your account and everything we hold goes with it, from inside the app. Wane is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition, and Wane Check is not a cognitive or clinical assessment. Verdict

Footsteps Pedometer's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.
