Eyes Up

Phone down. Chin up. Eyes Up blocks the apps you scroll most with one tap, then counts up the time you spend looking up. Set a daily screen-time goal, stay under it and watch your streak grow. ONE TAP TO BLOCK Pick the apps and categories that eat your time. Tap Start Focus and they take a nap until you tap Stop. A PAUSE BEFORE YOU SCROLL Need an app? Take 30 seconds to breathe first, then choose 5, 15 or 30 minutes. It locks again by itself. Each unlock in a day adds a little more wait. SCHEDULES THAT RUN THEMSELVES Bedtime, work hours, mornings. Set them once and blocking switches on and off on its own. Each schedule can block its own apps. A GOAL AND A STREAK Set a daily screen-time limit. Get a nudge when you're close, a break reminder when you go over, and a green day on your calendar every time you stay under it. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Daily average against last week, your best day, time on each app, pickups and a month of streak days. ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Your Focus clock counts up on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Eyes Up uses Apple's Screen Time. Your screen time data stays on your iPhone, and we can't see which apps you use. SUBSCRIPTION Eyes Up needs a subscription: yearly with a 3-day free trial, or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
