Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SoundEcho at 4.3 against Zany Touch's 3.9. SoundEcho also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). Zany Touch's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 3) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
