Verdict
The clearest difference is price: EchoLink at Free against CampChronicles's $0.99. EchoLink also leads on ratings volume (41 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). CampChronicles's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and update cadence (daily vs every 4 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
