Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: iRadTech Lite at none against Falcon Mx's 10. iRadTech Lite also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). Falcon Mx's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 21 months) and review sentiment (50% vs 25%). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

iRadTech Lite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Falcon Mx has 282 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of iRadTech Lite's written reviews are positive against 50% of Falcon Mx's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

iRadTech Lite ships an update every 21 months, Falcon Mx fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
