Every poll shows its pollster, sample size, population (likely voters, registered voters, adults) and field dates, because a poll without those is just a number. AN AVERAGE THAT SHOWS ITS WORK Each race gets a 30-day polling average with a plain method: same-pollster duplicates collapsed to their strongest sample, linear recency weighting, and a minimum number of appearances before a candidate is included. The leader's margin sits on every race as a chip. Races with enough polling over enough time also get a trend line drawn to scale, so a quiet fortnight is as wide as a busy one. PRESIDENTIAL APPROVAL Approve, disapprove and the net number as a 7-day average of every published poll — so one pollster's loud week does not move the headline — with a 30- or 90-day chart and the individual polls underneath. Market prices are trader sentiment, not forecasts, and the app says so on the screen. Election Tracker does not take wagers, hold funds, or facilitate any transaction.
