AERO Monitoring puts your compressed air system in your pocket. Connect your AERO gateway and see your compressors and dryer live from anywhere — pressure, temperature, power draw and run hours, updated every few seconds. Know before it costs you. If a machine faults at 3 AM, your phone tells you at 3 AM — not Monday morning when the shop has no air. Start and stop from anywhere. One tap, with confirmation, and every command recorded. Run on a schedule. Set your opening hours and the compressor and dryer start and stop themselves. No more machines idling all evening and all weekend. See what your air costs. Energy use in dollars, daily and monthly, with a report emailed to you every month. Never miss a service. Automatic countdown to the next maintenance, with a full history of every visit. Requires an AERO gateway installed at your site and an active AERO monitoring subscription. Contact AERO Pressure Systems to get set up.
