HabiTimer is a unique tool that alerts you throughout the day when you need to do tasks such as take medications or supplements, take work breaks, eat small meals as part of a weight loss or fitness program, or anything you want reminders to do frequently. ••• Notifications trigger at any time, even when HabiTimer isn't active! ••• PLEASE NOTE: If notifications aren't triggering, then check Settings App > Notifications > HabiTimer. • Any number of alarms! • Simply swipe your finger across the alarm screen to set or remove as many triggers per alarm as you wish! Swipe vertically to set triggers every hour, or horizontally to set triggers every 15 minutes! • Need to put off a task? Just "nudge" all the triggers using the arrow buttons— all the triggers move together, back or forth 15 minutes, or up or down an hour! • Turn each alarm on or off individually, or all alarms together using the master switch! • Notifications repeat every day at the same time until you change them or turn them off. “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” —Aristotle
