First app to install

Tot is essential for myself and my whole family. It’s the iPhone equivalent of sticky notes I use it to jot down quick thoughts or reminders throughout the day. Indispensable

垃圾软件害我工作丢了

垃圾软件,我把我的sql存进去了,结果复制出来的时候,下划线被吞了,相关的符号都被加上反斜杠了,关键我还在你软件里看不到,最后被领导一顿骂,晚上走人。

Love it

Just a brilliantly thoughtful and well crafted app with a great visual aesthetic.

Super useful

Love the apps use them multiple times a day. For the folks complaining about the price - well then don’t buy it? I don’t understand the offense of something having a price you don’t want to pay. Don’t act like you’re personally hurt by it.

Super useful, works flawlessly!

This is one of the best app purchases I’ve ever made - incredibly useful if you do lots of work between Mac and iOS and are constantly copying and pasting things or need to keep track of some details temporarily while working on a task. It’s a huge quality of life improvement to have essentially a little scratchpad always available and synced between devices.

good

It would be great if the menu of this software could support Chinese

cool app but 20$??? Really???

I like this app, use it on my Mac but 20$ to use a text editor on my
Phone seems unreasonably steep. I’d do like 5$ maximum.

Love it plus idea

I really enjoy the constraints and bare-minimum organization requirements.

I’ve tried using Notes or Obsidian for quick notes but it never really worked for me.

Helps against tendencies towards digital hoarding.

One thing:

Would like the option to attach timestamp to new additions.

Been using it for such a long time

Very good interface , simple and efficient

Transient Notes

This app is great for jotting down quick notes. The limited number of note slots means they won’t get lost! Sync with my Mac makes it useful for a pasteboard that isn’t as time limited as system level device clipboards. I get distracted a lot.

可以出中文版吗

出个中文版,然后便宜一点就好了

Buy it again!

A little off-putting to have the 2.0 update force you to re-purchase to get your old features back. Some warning would have been great, or an upgrade path at a reduced cost. But whatever, it’s a great app.

love it. use it daily on my apple watch

put info on a watch face too with the watch app.

sans intérêt

Pas de version gratuite d’essai. Payer 29€ sans avoir essayé, c’est sans intérêt. Et pour finir même pas traduite en français , bref sans moi.

If Tot didn’t exist I’d have to make it.

After falling down the rabbit hole of complicated todo apps. I’m so glad icon factory made Tot.

I’ve got a to do list. A scratch pad when I need to write something quick and a “permanent” notes section.

Thats its. And it’s plain text.

Syncs with my Mac and my phone.

Works with my brain.

NOT “Free” app

Tot is $19.99 to use on iPhone. It’s not a free app even though it looks like a free app in the App Store.

You have to pay for the iOS version AND the iPad.

How about $19.99 for all versions and they sync?

I expected better from you, Icon Factory.

Perfectly simple

Exactly what I needed with robust sync and enough features to make it usable

I love it so very much!

Such an awesome combination of thoughtful formatting options including markdown, automation possibilities with Shortcuts actions, very good sync, and cheerful colorful cuteness! I paid for Mac, iPad, and iPhone so I can enjoy all the features. I use it not just for random stuff, but also I dedicate a couple of dots to ongoing things like menu planning, and links to share with my family in batches. Tot makes me very happy.

Oh and customer support is also great!

DEFINITION OF AMAZING

If anyone is wondering if purchasing this app is worth it: IT IS. Best purchase I made.

$42 for all devices? Ridiculous.

Tot is a good minimal text editor, and the Iconfactory certainly makes good apps, and doesn’t disappoint.

But $19.99 for the iOS app, $19.99 for the macOS app, and $1.99 for the watchOS app? For a minimal Markdown editor with 7 pages? Get stuffed. Apple makes the tools to release one app and have it available across all platforms, so I suggest you learn how to use them.

I would pay $19.99(which I already consider high for such a minimal app) and expect to have this app available at no additional cost on my Mac and Apple Watch. $42 for all platforms is an absolute joke.
