Verdict
Kid Care and TennCare both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 92% of Kid Care's written reviews are positive against 33% of TennCare's. TennCare's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 25) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Kid Care against 4.8 for TennCare.
