Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is update cadence: Biblioplex at every 4 days against MTG Guide's every 2 months. Biblioplex also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (freemium vs paid). MTG Guide's advantage is ratings volume (726 vs 2) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
