Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Video Touch at 4.6 against Itsy Bitsy Spider's 4.2. Video Touch also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 7 months) and device support (3 vs 1). Itsy Bitsy Spider's advantage is ratings volume (45 vs 12) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Video Touch holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 45 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Itsy Bitsy Spider's written reviews are positive against 65% of Video Touch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Itsy Bitsy Spider ships an update every 7 months, Video Touch monthly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
