Eazy Maintenance keeps a complete service history for everything you own that needs upkeep — Homes, Vehicles, Tractors, Trailers, ATVs, Boats, Generators, Commercial Vehicles or Equipment, Rental Properties, and anything else you decide to track. Add an asset, log what you did, set a reminder for next time. That's the whole app. Don't lose track of what you've done or need to do on anything you own. TRACK ANY ASSET • Create your own categories — Vehicle, Equipment, Home/Property, Trailer or Animal. Completely customizable for your needs. • Add photos, make, model, year, VIN, serial numbers, or add your own custom fields • Attach photos to individual fields so important information or documents are at your fingertips. • Log an asset's location with one tap when you park it or drop it off A REAL SERVICE HISTORY • Record the date, who performed the work, mileage or hours, notes, and photos • Build reusable service types with checklists — mark what you inspected and what you replaced • Customize a checklist for one specific asset without changing it everywhere else • See the full history for any asset, sorted and searchable PARTS LIBRARY • Keep part numbers and descriptions attached to the asset they belong to • Search for a part on Amazon in one tap when it's time to reorder REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY REACH YOU • Schedule reminders by date, repeating every few days, weeks, months, or years • Get a push notification days ahead so you have time to book the work • Note the mileage or hours between services for reference alongside the schedule QR CODE SERVICE LOGGING Every asset gets its own QR code. A mechanic, technician, or tenant scans it, fills in what they did, and the record arrives for your approval — no account and no app download needed on their end. SHARE WITHOUT GIVING UP CONTROL • Group assets into folders and share them with family, crew, or clients • Choose view-only or view-and-edit for each folder • Transfer an asset to someone else entirely — history, parts, and service types go with it when they accept • Keep personal and business assets in separate views EXPORT AND BACKUP • Generate a clean PDF service history for any asset — perfect for resale, warranty claims, or handing off to a buyer • Deleted something by mistake? Recently Deleted holds it so you can restore it • Everything syncs to the web dashboard at app.eazymaintenance.com, so your records aren't trapped on one device WHO IT'S FOR Owners of more than one thing that needs maintenance. Families juggling several vehicles. Landlords tracking appliances across units. Farms and contractors keeping equipment running. Anyone who has ever tried to remember when the oil was last changed and settled for "sometime last spring." PRICING Free forever for up to 5 assets — no credit card required. Optional subscriptions raise your limits: • Standard — $3.00/month, 12 assets • Standard Plus — $5.00/month, 25 assets • Business — $20.00/month, 100 assets Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed monthly to your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Terms of Use: https://www.eazymaintenance.com/terms.html Questions or feedback?
