Vortex is a troubleshooting and support assistant for operators and maintenance technicians working on shot blasting and peening machines. Stop digging through paper manuals or PDFs to find an answer. Just ask. What you can do with Vortex: Trained AI troubleshooting on YOUR machine's manual — Upload the technical manual of your blasting machine once. Vortex reads it, understands it, and uses it to diagnose your issues step by step. Multi-language trained AI chat — Ask in your language. Vortex answers in your language. No translation barriers between you and your machine, whatever is the language of the manual. Visual references from the manual — When you ask about a component, Vortex shows you the diagram from the right page of your manual. No more flipping through hundreds of pages. And if you need the manual, it is in-app with a convenient search bar ready to use. Email support — Nothing urgent but something not sounding right? Ask the trained AI to get confirmation, then email the specialist attaching pictures and videos. Answer within 48 hours from a real human specialist. VortExpert — human specialist on demand — When the trained AI is not enough, tap "Call VortExpert" and get a real human technician in 1-1 live chat, right inside the app. They see your context, you can share pics of details and videos, they help fast. Spare parts RFQ — Found the part you need? Vortex pre-fills a Request For Quotation with the exact code, description, and quantity from the manual. One tap and your supplier gets the request. You choose if to send it internally or forward it straight away to the vendor to get a fast and reliable quote. One app, your team — Up to 2 machines per organization. Each with its own manual, its own history. Share access with your operators, maintenance crew, and managers. And if you have more, just add them or ask for an enterprise quote. Who is Vortex for?
