Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Image Blender at 4.9 against Decim8's 3.8. Image Blender also leads on review sentiment (85% vs 52%) and ratings volume (3.4K vs 149). Decim8's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months) and price ($0.99 vs $3.99). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
