The primary purpose of the app is to support learning and applying systematic thinking in engineering problem analysis through the FMEA methodology. The app can also be used for practical needs such as FMEA reporting, rapid preparation of preliminary data for urgent meetings, team selection, and tracking corrective actions. A sample Wind Turbine FMEA project, including references and tutorial content, is automatically added on first installation (clean install required).
