Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Palaces App at 100% against Bimmerpost's 66%. Palaces App also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Bimmerpost's advantage is ratings volume (7K vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
