Stop counting. Start reacting. Random is the ultimate sports timer app that keeps your body guessing with randomized intervals. Traditional timers let you mentally check out — Random forces you to stay present, react instantly, and push harder every single round. Why random intervals work: In real sports and competition, nothing is predictable. Random intervals train your body and mind to respond to the unexpected, boosting reaction time, mental toughness, and overall athletic performance. Science shows that variable training prevents adaptation plateaus and burns more calories than steady-state routines. 10 Workout Modes — All Randomized: • Random Timer — Fully customizable segments with random second durations. Save and load your favorite presets. • Random Tabata — Classic high-intensity intervals with an unpredictable twist. • Random EMOM — Every Minute On the Minute, but you never know exactly when. • Random AMRAP — As Many Reps As Possible with randomized round lengths. • Random Boxing — Round-based training with surprise rest periods. • Random Pyramid — Ascending and descending intervals that keep you guessing. • Random Pomodoro — Focus sessions with variable work and break periods. • Random Stopwatch — Count up with random audio alerts to change exercises. • Random Hidden — A pulsing countdown where the time is completely hidden. Trust your instincts. • Random Dice — Roll the dice to generate your next workout challenge. Features: • Editable segments — customize names, durations, and order • Preset system — save, load, and manage your favorite workouts • Favorites — star your most-used modes for quick access • Dark mode — full support with System, Light, and Dark themes • Audio & haptic feedback — never miss a transition • Apple Watch app — 6 workout modes right on your wrist • Clean, intuitive interface — zero learning curve Whether you're a CrossFit athlete, boxer, runner, or weekend warrior — Random makes every workout feel fresh.
