Say goodbye to key pick up from the front desk, now just book your conference room and go straight to the room to unlock the door, right from your smartphone. 1. Book a room - Same as always from http://plugandplayaccelerator.com/admin/rooms 2. Sign up - Sign up using the SAME email address used for booking rooms - Choose any password - Validate Email - You are all set to receive mobile keys 3. Get Mobile Keys - Mobile keys should automatically get downloaded if you have a valid reservation - Key will be active 15 minutes before start time - Key will become inactive at the end time 4. Unlock - Open the app and place the phone on the lock to unlock 5. Share Keys - Share keys using email address
