Attendee and exhibitor view all in one!
I like how I can have my attendee view and exhibitor lead retrieval view all in a single app. It makes managing my time at an event easy.
Slightly complicated, but gets the job done
This app was used for an event I volunteered at, and it worked decently. It was easy to view schedules and people. However, the user interface was complicated for some people to navigate. I was able to find things in it no problem (after some digging), but many attendees were struggling with finding where things were and I was asked many times how it worked. If the user interface could somehow be simplified for new users or people who might not know how to navigate devices as well, that would make this app MUCH better.
It gets the job done, just needs a few tweaks.

Bizzabo App Experience
I submitted a question via Q&A during a panel. The app made it easy enough that people actually used it.
Love the agenda
I go to a lot of multi-track events and the agenda filtering was really well done. I could narrow by topic, by time slot, by speaker, and save everything to my personal schedule without losing my place.
Easy to use, great networking options
The networking features were interesting but I didn't fully explore them until day two, which was probably my fault. Once I figured out the filters it was much easier to find relevant people. Would be nice to have a quick tutorial on first login.
Community
The community feed was active before the event started which was nice
Pocket handy agenda
The agenda feature was solid but I had some trouble with the search. Ended up scrolling more than I expected. That said, the session detail pages were really thorough.
Awesome Q&A features
The q&a feature during sessions was great. The interface was clean and I liked being able to see which questions were getting upvoted by others.

Did more networking than ever before
The attendee directory was actually usable. I could filter by industry and role, which totally helped me find exactly who I was hoping to meet. Sent a few messages through the app, got responses, set up meetings. Did more networking at this event than I have in years.
Very strong and easy to use event networking app
Went to this event primarily for the networking and the app delivered. I used the directory daily, messaged probably 15 people, and had actual conversations with 8 of them.
Great for networking
My favorite part was being able to message attendees in advance. I hate cold approaches on the conf floor. Being able to say βhey, I saw your profile and wanted to connectβ before we were face to face made everything way less awkward.
Event Manager
I usually download every event app with low expectations. This was the first time I genuinely used the app the whole time. Being able to see session capacity and add things to my calendar directly was great.
Intuitive
I go to a lot of events and usually spend the first hour confused. The agenda was intuitive, the wayfinding worked, and I could actually enjoy the event instead of stressing about logistics.
No notes π€©
Honestly I came for the content but left with three solid new contacts, which never happens for me. The matchmaking helped me find people I wouldn't have found on my own. Really well done.
Loved the app
The live polls made the sessions feel more collaborative. I was able to give my feedback in real time to a few speakers.
Buggy
When an alert/notification is clicked, other parts of the app are no longer accessible. This requires a delete and reinstall .
Difficult for Forbes under 30
This app has been a nightmare for the Forbes 30 under 30 summit.
Waste of time
Crashes and gets stuck all the time. Iβve reinstall it 4 times, updated as well, but nothing would work. This app is very frustrating and ruined my experience of the Forbes U30 conference
Unusable
The idea of this app is excellent, but I cannot use it reliably and multiple times during any seminar I have to deleted and redownload the app. I ended up just screen shotting my agenda because of the crashes.
