Verdict
Tanger and 89th & Madison both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of 89th & Madison's written reviews are positive against 18% of Tanger's. 89th & Madison also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks). Tanger's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 2) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
