Community Compass turns your HOA's pile of governing documents into a straight answer. Ask a question in plain English — "Can I rent my unit this summer?", "What's the fence height limit?", "When are dues late?" — and get an answer cited line-by-line to your community's actual bylaws, CC&Rs,and rules. No more digging through a 90-page PDF. FOR RESIDENTS • Ask the assistant anything about your community's rules and get a grounded, cited answer in seconds • Read your community's governing documents in a clean, searchable library • See the community calendar, marketplace, and neighbor services • Message neighbors and stay on top of notifications FOR COMMUNITY MANAGERS • Upload your governing documents once; the assistant answers from them automatically • Manage your roster, review architectural-review requests, and keep everyone informed • Cut the repetitive "what does the rule say" email load GROUNDED, NOT GUESSING Answers are generated from your community's uploaded documents. The assistant cites the specific sources it used so you can verify every answer. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your conversations are visible only to you. Community managers and operators see usage counts, never the content of your questions. Community Compass is a subscription service for HOA and condo communities. Residents of a subscribed community always use it free. Privacy policy: https://communitycompass.ai/privacy
