Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Q at 3.0 against iDocCam's 2.4. Q also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). iDocCam's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (30% vs 19%). On price, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iDocCam sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Q asks for nothing beyond the download.
Q holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 56 and 42 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Q's written reviews are positive against 30% of iDocCam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
