Unique Daily Affirmations vs Affirmation Alert

Unique Daily Affirmations is a free creative affirmation tool that helps you succeed in your endeavors, bring you out from under the clouds, and make positive changes in your life. Through uplifting statements and quotes, you'll believe in yourself with these one-a-day affirmations for daily motivation. Hold down the large gray button to reveal your daily affirmation and effectively use the app by repeating the statement out loud. Saying the affirmation in front of a mirror is even better. It's been scientifically proven that the more stimuli your mind has, the more your mind will retain the information. By vocalizing in front of a mirror, you stimulate sight and sound. Envision your personal success. Let these positive declarations become truth in your subconscious mind as you think about it throughout the day. Give us some feedback in the app if you have suggestions or problems. We really doubt you'll need this though; just look at all the raving reviews: "Missing one important thing - I think this app is neat but I believe the real power of daily affirmations is when you repeat the same affirmations day after day. A new one every day kind of loses its power because you should be repeating the ones that are important to you so that they eventually become ingrained and change your way of thinking. So, a favorites list would be the perfect solution! If a daily affirmation pops up that you really want to stay with you, add to your favorites and go to your favorites list and read through them everyday. ..." - Tag477543 Excellent affirmations This app provides excellent affirmations to start your day. Every day a new affirmation is generated in which you can use and apply it to your life. I have been using it for a couple of months and it definitely helps start my day to a positive start. The Affirmation Alert app allows you to create customized affirmations, categorize them, and schedule the affirmations to send you a reminder when they would be most beneficial. An affirmation is a statement that we say to ourselves on a regular basis to encourage positive thinking and create desired change. There are many places to find affirmations. Most often, the best affirmations are the ones we design for our own personal needs. These are the affirmations that will have the greatest impact in your life. Affirmations are most impactful when you are reminded on a regular and consistent basis. This could be first thing in the morning to help you start your day or last thing at night reminding you to be present and grateful instead of hurried and stressed.
