Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Salvation Army Publications at 100% against MLive.com's 12%. Salvation Army Publications also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and in-app purchases (none vs 18). MLive.com's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
