Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: יש לאן WayToGo at 5.0 against EL AL's 4.4. יש לאן WayToGo also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). EL AL's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 1) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
