Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: VOM App at 4.9 against MyChap's 4.1. VOM App also leads on review sentiment (95% vs 67%) and ratings volume (4.4K vs 14). MyChap's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
