A little word can set the tone for your day. Ciao is a creative studio for making a greeting your own, bringing it to your widgets, and turning it into a postcard. YOUR WORDS, YOUR WAY Choose your text, colors and ink: solid color, Aurora, pearl, metal, neon, and rainbow, inclusive or trans Pride palettes. Add a solid background, gradient, Pride stripes or system materials. PREVIEW YOUR STYLE Try light, dark and landscape backdrops, or choose a photo using the system photo picker. The photo stays on your device and is only used for the preview. Ciao does not read your wallpaper. EACH WIDGET HAS ITS OWN PERSONALITY Save up to 24 favorite styles and choose a favorite or theme when editing each widget. Personalize greetings for your Home Screen, Lock Screen and Apple Watch complications. The throughout-the-day mode displays a greeting that matches the time, with scheduled updates managed by the system. LITTLE POSTCARDS TO SHARE Export a postcard, a transparent PNG of the lettering, or a phone wallpaper. Share the image or save it to Files. Compatible apps can use the PNG to create a sticker. Glass and system materials are flattened in exported images. ON IPAD AND APPLE WATCH TOO The interface adapts to iPad windows and supports Cmd+S to save. On Watch, edit your greeting, choose styles and use Ciao without iPhone. Settings saved on iPhone can be sent to your paired Watch; sync does not work in the reverse direction. NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS Ciao does not integrate analytics, ads or tracking. Preferences and styles are stored locally. Animations respect Reduce Motion and materials respect Reduce Transparency. The system controls clear and tinted widget appearances and update timing. Pride palettes are original, not official Apple content. Available in Italian and English. Requires iOS 27 or watchOS 27.
