Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: Control Envy at free against iAquaLink's free with in-app purchases. Control Envy also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). iAquaLink's advantage is ratings volume (101K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
