Catalog your entire home library in an afternoon. Snap a photo of any shelf and the AI adds every title. No typing, no spreadsheets, no scattered notes. Trusted by 600+ readers and rated 4.1 stars on the App Store since 2011. • Catalog a 200-book shelf in five minutes. Point your camera. AI reads the spines and adds the books. • Add a single book in seconds by scanning the barcode on the back cover. • Bring your Kindle library across in one tap. No CSV juggling. • Find anything in plain English. "That biography about the architect" works. • AI sorts your shelves by genre, mood, and theme so you stop tagging by hand. • Read on iPhone, edit on iPad, look something up offline at the bookstore. Sync handles the rest. How it works: 1. Point your camera at a shelf and let AI populate your library. 2. Sort, tag, and mark books as Read, Reading, or To Read. 3. Pick up on any device. Share with friends, join a club, ask for a recommendation when you want one. Coming from another app or a spreadsheet? Import CSV, TSV, JSON, XLSX, BibTeX, or RIS files. Field mapping is built in. Real review: "I had a bunch of books I needed to inventory and the barcode scanner made it incredibly easy. Great app." BuckeyeCityCates, App Store review, 2024 Free to start with twenty books and three barcode scans. Open the app and add your first shelf. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Digital Library

Digital Library is a digital twin of the physical books you own. Create a library with a name and a password. There is no email and no profile. You are shown a recovery code once: that is the only way back in if the password is forgotten. Add books the way you are standing at the shelf: • Scan the barcode on the back. The camera stays open so you can work along a row. • Photograph a front cover when there is no barcode. Title and author are read off the jacket. • Photograph a short stack or a shelf, then keep the books you recognise. • Type an ISBN, search by title, or fill in every field by hand. Each book keeps a cover, title, authors, publisher, year, language, page count, ISBN, format, and the country whose literature it belongs to. Mark it unread, reading, read, or set aside, the page you are on, and the month you finished it. Search the shelf, filter by status, sort it, and add your own categories next to the shared ones. Statistics are the point of the product: • Your shelf: how much of it you have read, by book and by page, broken down by author, publisher, category, language, and format. • Months: the books and pages you finished in each month, year by year. • World: a globe of the literatures on your shelf. Turn it, tap a country, and see its books. • Compared: your last twelve months against published European reading figures for your country and age band. There are no streaks, badges, or reading goals. Built with the native iOS design, Liquid Glass included. On iPad the shelf, a book, and the statistics sit side by side under a sidebar. On iPhone Duo the cover screen shows the book you are reading, and the open phone reads like a book, two pages side by side. Also included: • Home Screen widgets: move the page of the book you are reading, see the books you added last and this year's reading, or go straight to Scan. • Lists of your own books, like "To lend" or "Summer reading". A book can sit in any number of lists, and each list has its own page. • A private note on each book. Mention another book, an author, a category, or a website, and tap the mention to go there. A share link never shows notes. • A read-only link to the shelf, with no public directory of libraries. You choose whether it shows reading status, ratings, your own genres, and your lists. • A Goodreads CSV import from Settings. • The same library on the website at digital-lib.com. Nothing is saved until you have reviewed it. AI guesses, most often a page count or a book's country, are marked until you confirm them, and every field stays editable. Photographs identify books and are not kept. Cover art comes from public bibliographic sources. Share, import, and comparison stay off until you turn them on.
