The clearest difference is rating: Alsa at 3.1 against lazo.app's 1.0. Alsa also leads on ratings volume (66 vs 3) and device support. lazo.app's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
