Ads when flipping between pages like profile and homepage
Misspellings ( could be forgiven but aren’t you a major company, you can’t pay someone to do a simple proofread, just curious but are you based in India?)
Apple Pay or safe payment methods don’t work, need to enter in information automatically
No customer service number
Passes you’ve purchased don’t show up in “my passes” tab
No email confirmation on pass purchases
No passes you’ve purchased show up in “my trips”
A TON of other issues with this site
They basically just took my money, good thing I have an AMEX and can refund no problem. Don’t risk it if you don’t have this ability.

Bus annulé sans que personne ne soit prévenu
1ère et dernière réservation chez Alsa. Le bus n'est jamais passé. Il n'y avait rien de marqué sur le panneau. Aucun des autres passagers présent n'avaient d'informations sur ce bus. Nous avons du passer la nuit à Bordeaux sans logement en pleine canicule. Merci d'aller vous faire voir Alsa.
Shocking app, cost me £100s
Wasnt able to book on the app, never had a problem with any of the alternatives like flixbus.
Olvidaron colocar el botón para hacer el login con el SSO de Google
En la pagina creas tu cuenta via tu correo Gmail, es decir, con integración single-sign on (SSO). Todo bien hasta ahí. Y cuando quieres hacer el login en el app, oh sorpresa, olvidaron colocar el botón para hacer login vía Google, por lo tanto no hay forma de entrar. Brillante!
Ridiculous
The origin/destination function has stopped working in the latest update. 🙄🙄🙄That’s the whole point of your app. If it doesn’t work, what’s the point of it???
Driver
Although the bus was only half full the driver would not let us on the bus because our tickets were for a bus 40 minutes later. Not what I call a good service.
User Interface Lacking
I hope this gets improved upon. The English version is only partly in English. The terms for a ticket refund, etc. are not, so I can’t tell what I’m buying. It’s useless as is, unfortunately.

Stupid System
Even if you pay for a specific time you don’t get the time you paid for. You have to wait in a huge queue and it could be hours before you can actually board a bus.

much improved
When I first got the app a couple of months ago it routinely "lost" tickets for upcoming journeys . Someone sorted that out and the app now runs smoothly- easy to pay with Apple Pay and to save tickets to wallet (just in case!)
Perfecta opción
He leído otras reseñas muy desafortunadas. Mi experiencia es totalmente contraria. Hasta ahora todo ha funcionado perfectamente, la compra, los cambios de billete, la atención al cliente, en fin, todo. La recomiendo de verdad. Saludos
Search schedule not working , bad UI
I try using this App and find whole UI experience bad .. where to book , search schedule no drop down .. sorry deleting until a better experience .. will use .com
problem persists
I was hopeful the latest update might fix the problem of disappearing tickets but sadly not! Surely a BASIC requirement of any transit app is to consistently display and tickets that have been purchased? Does anyone actually use this app?
Funciona la app como funciona España
I’ve been living in Spain for about 4 years, I’ve used this app literally hundreds of times. I wish this company would die. Think about it, the most favorable review is a decade old and talks about how fun it is that it can take your data. Go to a station in person and you can straight up make up info. Should the data be used for logging transport data, probably, is that all, not it is not. My current gripe is after the update I can’t use the service web or app without registering. And the UI is still garbage. Alsa, you don’t deserve the monopoly you’re trying to pull. Puñetas cabrones son los desarrolladores de esa app

Simple to pay, simple to use!
No funciona
Solo pude comprar un ticket la primera vez que la instalé, de ahí en adelante no abre la página principal, se queda congelada y no hay forma de acceder. Al parecer es normal que en España las aplicaciones no funcionen bien? Porque esta no es la única.
Crashes on Search
App crashes when performing a journey search. Unusable.
Do not use Alsa
Tech glitch when trying to make a reservation resulted in duplicate bookings. When I tried to cancel the duplicate the “free cancellation” was actually going to charge me a fee. I sent a message to Alsa and they didn’t reply so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.
Crashes too often
Doesn’t work properly, crashes and froze too often, it’s slow. Needs a lot of improvement.
