About

Perfect Call

Features

Perfect Call is a mobile and web-based communication platform designed to eliminate physical duty phones, improper shift handoffs, and critical communication breakdowns across hospital systems and large enterprises. Rather than relying on expensive hardware or passive scheduling spreadsheets, Perfect Call digitizes role-based telephony via Software-Defined Routing directly to staff members' personal mobile devices Enterprises spend millions purchasing, maintaining, and replacing physical VoIP/duty phones that are easily lost, mishandled by staff and paralyze operations when non-operational. Traditional workflows require multiple manual touchpoints each acting as a failure point. Varied departments may utilize traditional schedule software, spreadsheets or even paper notes to provide a static map of who should be working a particular shift. Employees trying to get in touch with particular personnel have to rely on a multitude of schedules to find the right person, find their contact number and finally make the call. Errors in schedules, transcription, misplaced phones all lead to frustrated employees, customers and potential loss of revenue, delayed patient care, lost productivity. This is where Perfect Call steps in. An employee or clinicians coming on shift logs on to the app and selects their role. Calls to the number associated with that role are immediately routed to that employee's cell phone. End of shift employees are motivated to “handoff” the role to the next employee to stop receiving phone calls. For the customer trying to reach a particular role- the experience is seamless- the call is always routed to someone. Perfect Call allows for multiple departments, types of roles to be defined in one account. Manage phone lists across multiple hospitals and departments from a single dashboard. Instant Handoffs. Clinicians can claim multiple roles simultaneously with the click of a button. Software defined role routing. Permanent dedicated phone numbers are dynamically routed to whoever holds the “role” Automated hand offs to the next person coming on shift. Self-Policing- stuff can either take a “role” or hand over a “role” during shift hand offs. Structured hierarchically around Organizations > Entities > Departments > Numbers > Users. Rapid QR Code Onboarding- Create accounts for staff, locums, travel nurses, and temporary staff in seconds by scanning a secure, time-bounded QR code. Enterprise level admin tools and operational analytics- Features real-time dashboards tracking response latencies, fallback occurrences, call volume heatmaps, and complete, down-to-the-second audit trails. Value Proposition- Capital expenditure savings: Eliminates the procurement, replacement, and maintenance costs of physical phone hardware. Enterprise Scalability: A single platform capable of managing clinical on-call teams, IT helpdesks, facilities, and security across multiple hospital entities. Increased satisfaction for all end users.
