It crashes a lot, it has benefits as far as the back end of reports bjt the UI for valets needs a lot of tweaking
Needs messaging option
Lots of guests think that text messages can be read by valet, but they can’t. The text doesn’t even go through if it has anything other than the ticket number. Please allow valet to communicate with guests through the app!!!

This app is ruining our lives at the valet. Everything is now twice as slow and the app crashes multiple times per day, logs you out, and is seriously making me consider quitting this job because of management not being willing to cut their losses with this less than worthless app. I hate this app with all my heart and YOU WILL TOO. Don’t do it! Please don’t use this. 6 weeks of flash (trash) valet update: We are still using trash valet and it is still super slow, glitches out every day, and makes our lives at the valet miserable. When it gets busy, sometimes we don’t have even have time to scan the ticket and run through the ridiculously redundant process to close out the ticket. I hate this app with every fiber of my being and I hate management for being so foolish as to utilize an app with this many 1 and 2 star reviews.

This app needs an update.
It keeps crashing while being logged in register. It also needs to be updated because every time it I would close the app it would log me out. It would also be nice if you can have a quick clear for one button to clear the all the actives after every shift.

Optimize for workers and tablets better
You can clearly tell this app wasn’t optimized for anyone other than the contract handler who checks multiple contracts. The lengthy login only makes sense if you have multiple properties. The Valet drivers who ACTUALLY use the app don’t so it serves to delay us during busy times. The automatic logout after inactivity. And the fact that at every location I’ve worked at has their Flash Valet on a tablet which you can clearly tell the app was only made for cellphones.

All of the one star reviews are correct, the random voids and number discrepancies. I am currently on hour 6 of the app being down I have no way to see if guests need their vehicle and they are just now “looking into the issue”

This app is even worse than those apps that make you watch advertisements to do anything in them I’d literally rather jerkoff with sandpaper than use this app it’s atrocious and the founder needs to go straight to jail
