Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Medium at Free against Earthquake 3D's $6.99. Medium also leads on rating (4.8 vs 3.7) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Earthquake 3D's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 18.0). On ads, chart position and device support there is nothing between them.
