What are your dreams trying to tell you? Dreamosity uses Jungian psychoanalytic methods to interpret your dreams. Developed in consultation with a practicing Jungian psychoanalyst, the app guides you through the same process used in analytical psychology — exploring your dream's symbols, your personal associations, and the relationship between your dreams and waking life. How it works: Capture your dream by photographing a handwritten journal entry or typing it directly into the app. Limina then walks you through a structured process: first exploring your conscious context and emotional state, then identifying the key symbols in your dream, and finally uncovering your personal associations to each symbol — the cornerstone of Jung's method. Using all of this material, Limina delivers a rich interpretation grounded in Jungian theory, drawing on archetypal amplification, compensation theory, shadow analysis, and the individuation process. Each interpretation references relevant myths, fairy tales, and psychological concepts to illuminate what your unconscious may be communicating. Limina is designed for personal reflection and self-exploration. It is not a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice. If you are experiencing psychological distress, please consult a qualified mental health professional.
