Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: TEGA at none against Cleveland Browns's shown. TEGA also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Cleveland Browns's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 46 months) and ratings volume (2.1K vs 2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TEGA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cleveland Browns has 2.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Cleveland Browns ships an update every 2 months, TEGA every 46 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
