Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Navily at 93% against RayView's 42%. Navily also leads on rating (4.8 vs 2.7) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 12 months). RayView's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Navily sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.49 per year. RayView asks for nothing beyond the download.
Navily holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Navily has 813 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 42% of RayView's written reviews are positive against 93% of Navily's.
RayView ships an update every 12 months, Navily every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 14, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
